"From Start to finish, Bill & his team did a fantastic job designing and building & delivering our new garden shed. Communication was excellent and the work performed in a professional and efficient manner. We were unable to transport a ramp we bought after installation of the shed; but Bill very kindly said he'd bring it to our house and wheel it around the to the shed as it's very heavy. he did not have to do this but went the extra mile after the sale, in November when it's freezing. "While I enjoyed my interactions with Bill, the owner (and, especially, his very cute dog, who accompanies him everywhere), we had nothing but difficulties getting our slanted site prepped. The contractors responsible for it completely botched the job, leaving gaps, odd bits of wood jammed into crevices, and other pieces of lumber jutting out (as you can see in the attached pictures). When questioned about it, I was told that two individuals on the crew didn't know what they were doing with slanted installation, and when I asked why no one addressed the state of affairs with me before leaving, there simply was no answer. Bill was nice enough to send the guys back out to try and pretty up the site prep, which we appreciated, but (a) it took nearly a month for this to actually happen (and the shed manufacturer had to nudge them, on top of that), and (b) when it did finally occur, the full scale of the promised repairs wasn't implemented (we still have uneven sides) and the wood used wasn't treated; we'll probably have to hire someone else to come and weather-proof it for us. All in all, while I found the employees at WMG Wood to be, overall, personable and pleasant, we simply wish that we would've gone somewhere else for our shed."

"Bought railroad ties. The owner and employee worked with me on delivery and loading during their busy time and helped me out. I did not use them for the sheds, so don't use my review for the shed side of business hopefully here in the next year I will be looking into a shed. Thank you for your help."

"Trust me there are other choices. And follow through with your other choices. The owner bill is a bit on the lazy side.. Went in to buy railroad ties it was too much work for him I'm the customer to be satisfied and he would not break a bundle for me to pick out the ties I wanted. Total waste of my time and gas to even stop off to look at railroad ties."
