"Unacceptable Experience with Mechanical Issues and Unresponsive Customer Service Rating: 1/5 I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Enterprise at the Cincinnati airport. The rental experience was marred by mechanical issues with the vehicle, and the customer service was utterly unhelpful. The car I rented had a strange noise coming from the engine, and the check engine light was on. I immediately notified the Enterprise staff, expecting them to take prompt action to address the issue. However, they seemed completely uninterested in listening to my concerns. When I brought the issue to their attention, they dismissed me, saying it was probably just a minor problem and that I should just "drive it anyway." No offer to inspect the vehicle, no apology, and no willingness to provide a replacement car. To make matters worse, when I asked to speak to a manager, I was told they were "unavailable” The vehicle's mechanical issues made me feel unsafe on the road, and Enterprise's lack of concern for my safety was appalling. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and respect, especially when it comes to safety concerns. Enterprise failed miserably in this regard. I will not be renting from them again and would advise others to think twice before entrusting their safety to this company. Unacceptable experience, Enterprise. Get your act together!"

"I picked up a car here at the end of June . My late night flight had been delayed and I was tired and stressed. When I got to the garage, Marc was there, and he was the best of help. He was so nice, and he made me feel comfortable. He even went above and beyond to help me when my car wasn’t available. Literally the best interaction I could ask for. The other man who was working that night I only spoke to briefly, but he was kind when I was struggling to figure out the car situation. Beyond the customer service, the cars have been in good condition, never had any problems (except the first one smelled mildly of smoke, but it aired out and I haven’t had that problem since.) The only reason this isn’t a five star was because of that car, and because my first time renting I went to the desk instead of the lot first, and the woman there was kind of rude and was not clear about policies. But other than those couple of things, I really like it here, and that’s why I use it every other month. TLDR; maybe one or two mild issues, but overall pretty great! and MARC is literally the best please give that man a raise."

"I showed up at CVG to pick up a car I had reserved weeks in advanced with another company. After waiting over an hour for them to work out an issue on their part I got online and reserved a car through enterprise for that same day. I told the other company to cancel my reservation and went down to enterprise. I was already behind on time and was worried this would take even more of my time. Instead, I was on the road within the next 10 minutes. The employees were great and the service was exactly what I needed to turn my day around! And as an added bonus, I paid less for this car than the one I reserved with the other company."

"I hardly ever write reviews, so for me to write this says a lot. I made my reservation 7 WEEKS in advance for a minivan + 2 car seats for July 4-7. We land at 8pm with 2 VERY tired and screaming toddlers, only to be told they have no minivans on site, AND no car seats. There were 7 of us (including the 2 needing car seats) and lots of luggage, so a minivan was really our only option. Hence making the reservation almost 2 months in advance. After 1.5 hours of waiting, and basically pulling the manager’s leg asking him to check the other affiliated companies, we were left with nothing and no answers. We went over to Hertz who was amazing, gave us a discount, had a whole storage closet of car seats, and vans for days. I understand it was a holiday weekend, but whoever is responsible for the planning at this location should be fired. Terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone."

"We rented from enterprise in Edinburgh, Scotland and the experience was quick and efficient. We were assisted by a guy named Tom both times and he was kind and helpful. It was the quickest car rental experience I’ve ever had. Also this car, the Hyundai I20, was a super awesome car to have while traveling the small and curvy roads of scotland!"
