"Bad service, bad quality food today at a usually good Waffle House store. To start, coffee was cold. Food was not cooked to order, over-easy eggs were not right. Waitress even asked if I wanted egg whites runny. I told her I wanted the whites cooked and the yellow yolk to be runny. She served me cold coffee and after placing my order in front of me and delivering the bill (without asking how I was doing), she never checked on me. Just bad service. It’s not that hard to ask “how are you doing, do you need anything?”. Just bad service. I ordered no jam or jelly with my toast, I got 2 jam packets and enough butter brushed on to cover an entire loaf of bread. $19 and some change for a poor quality food breakfast and bad service. Oh well, moving on, there’s a Waffle House at nearly every exit. Time to find a new morning stop."

"I had a craving for hash browns and decided on Waffle House. I was lucky to be served by an amazing staff. The restaurant was very clean, including the floor, which is rare for Waffle House. I ordered triple hash browns with triple onions, double mushrooms, and diced tomatoes. The waitress served perfectly medium-cooked hash browns with a crispy top and a soft, hot center. I have no complaints and am completely satisfied."

"After i got my food ( ate almost all of it.) I witnessed the cook(Scott Grove) talked about his child support and had his phone in his hand touched his nose looked like he picked his nose. Didn't wash his hands before he cook the people's food that came in after me. Both of the server's working tonight were amazing."
