"This is my go to Taco Bell. Lately I've been disappointed in the quality of the food. Especially since every thing every where is expensive now. I debated and decided to stop there today. OMG!! Food was delicious!! Service was great!! Actually had sour cream on the whole taco, not just the end. What ever team you had working around 2:30 pm today really has it together."

"Ordered online last night. Where's the meat? We got nothing but a heavy bag of wet dough! Tasteless, except for the hot sauce I added. If this is your best you have to offer, I'll cook at home. Mine's better!!!!"

"Ordered the taco party box, 3 locos tacos steak and a Mexican pizza. The locos tacos were chicken. Checked my receipt and it was rung up right but we got the wrong thing in the bag. And everyone that ate the beef tacos got food poisoning. My toddler and 10 month old have been inconsolable for going on 24 hours. My older kids have been sick to there stomachs. Worst stomach cramps I have ever had. AVOID!!!!!!"

"Awful service!!!! Never expect much but penny had terrible customer service skills from the start. First she got my order wrong then I went all the way back and she lied and said the order was on top, which it wasn’t, I double checked. obviously wouldn’t have went all the way back if it was all there. .anyways went back and still got the wrong order and was still missing a taco. penny the manager was very rude. If she doesn’t like her job she should get a new one… NOT in customer service. Terrible experience due to penny."

"Quesadilla cheese wasn't even melted I order a soft taco supreme and got charged for it -didn't get sc asked for jalapeño SAUCE got jalapeños my order total was 14-16 dollars for 5 items and I'm only giving 1 star because they are open late. Never again I'll save my money next time"
