"I just recently moved back to Cincinnati and had been craving Gold Star. My dad and I went for lunch and we were both extremely happy with the whole visit. The food was great, the service was great, and the atmosphere was great. We've been to a lot of different locations and this was definitely one of the best."

"I must say I’m leaving this review for a young man named Jon Coyvay (sorry spelling). At the drive thru ordering screen he was very clear and understood my wants. His communication was great and seemed like he had a smile on his face even though I couldn’t see him. I pull up and this young man was just the best at customer service, top notch kid. I hope gold star uses his skills to their advantage cause he could be a great asset to their company. Food was great too! I’m a bit upset cause I just got an automatic response from a computer or AI. I don’t think you should do that gold star. Trying to help you out. I want a genuine response just like this review."

"I haven't been to Goldstar in years ( I prefer Skyline's chili sauce) but the cheeseburger on the billboard looks good and I love cheeseburgers so I decided to give it a try. No regrets! That burger was delicious! There was a house sauce on it that had an incredible flavor. I also got the garlic parmesan fries and they were also delicious. The fries were cooked perfectly and that sauce was on point. They should make wings with that sauce too! The customer service here was good too. And the restaurant was very clean and pleasant inside. I will definitely be eating here more often!"
