"Cutting them some slack for being pretty new. I liked this place well enough to look forward to going back. My Barrel Burger was excellent. Fries were good too. My wife had a salad with chicken. She liked the chicken but she would’ve preferred different greens—just a personal preference, not a bad dish. Long wait for food, but it came out hot. Affordable! Server was very friendly and poised. Restaurant operations are difficult, they make a lot of TV series about that. Looking forward to seeing Broken Barrel move out the learning curve and run very smoothly in the coming weeks"
"We stopped by for a random Wednesday night dinner and were pleasantly surprised. Cold beer, great apps. We had the ham & cheese croquette balls and the pretzel balls. My husband had the Wisconsin Burger & loved it. My cousin had the Sweet & Spicy Burger & enjoyed it. I had the loaded potato flatbread & it was a 10/10. Definitely coming back here!"
"We went here for the first time on 7/27/2024 and could not have been happier with our experience. The service was excellent, the Reuben balls were a great appetizer, and our meal was fantastic. The pork tenderloin sandwich covered the plate, and rivaled the best we've had. Also, the sweet and spicy burger came with arugula (not Iceberg Lettuce) which was a NICE detail. All in all, we had a great time and can't wait to return."
"My husband & I went here for the first time on 7/26/24. My husband got the grilled chicken plate & I ordered fish sandwich with onion petals. Our order took awhile to get & the staff was very apologetic. Gave us a huge discount for our inconvenience. The food was EXCELLENT, the staff was very attentive & kind, nice atmosphere. We will definitely be returning."
