"Didn't get the back of my SUV very clean I did deluxe auto wash"

"Last time I used my card there, the card machine charge me $40,I only purchased $10 worth of tokens charged my card twice for $20 I only spent that so I don't know how it came up with this only thing I can think is when it sayed card read failed I actually charged it,but that I'm not 100 about just a guess...but great location like the owner always giving away free tokens when I have seen him their great down to earth guy,just a nightmare to get ahold of to make it right I tried but being on hold on the phone is not my cup of tea so ....never was resolved ..."

"I used the automated car wash and it didn't clean the dirt off of my car. Then it waxed over top of the dirt. Then I tried to pressure wash the waxed dirt off and it wouldn't come off. I ended up having to hand wash the car after all of that. 0 out of 10. Will not go back."

"I have been washing my cars at this location for 20 years and rarely have issues. The prices have increased a little bit in the last few years but that's expected given the circumstances. I've never used the automatic wash and therefore cannot comment on the effectiveness, but the manual wash stations are usually well kept."
