I told him if it was such a big deal he could just keep the few pennies and he got even more rude and said he couldnt do that. How mature for a man to act because he had to give change. "I learned my lesson with Arcanum Light & Power by purchasing a battery backup for my PC. You can't depend on uninterrupted power here. And just try calling them, the phone rings once then disconnects. And who ever is responsible for billing doesn't include their delivery fees. Unbelievable."
