"Showed up when I was supposed to on Monday for unloading. They were first willing to pull me inside the building to unload. Then I was told I didn’t have an appointment so could untarp and unload outside. Fine. It was cold but I can deal with it. Started the untarping process and they stopped me and said I wasn’t scheduled until Wednesday. There are no other trucks here. They had plenty of time to unload me but simply chose not to do so. If I could give negative stars, I would."
"Due to mix up on scheduling 3 of our trucks wasn't scheduled to get unloaded this day. The worker (Steven) was professional. They unloaded several trucks very fast and then worked us in. Must have an appointment via email"
