"If you're going to have a business operating, maybe don't allow a bunch of teenagers to "run" it and have one answering the phone claiming to be a general manager. I get the same burrito everytime, only thing I substitute is the meat. Each time previously it's like they don't want to follow a mobile order instruction. This time I get my burrito, I guess since I put in the instructions this time to please not mess my burrito up again they just took it as a vendetta to give me a burrito that was more shell then "portions". My husband's burrito the southwest ranch made to description was huge and had plenty of filings in it. When called the kid wants to say it must of been custom and there's nothing he could do about it. I'm a smaller woman, it had nothing to do with the portion. It was the fact that this burrito was a regular burrito but folded to a little burrito with nothing but tortilla. When asked if he wanted me to bring it back up he just stated there was nothing he could do and he didnt know why i was arguing over portions. Ridiculous I pay 21$ for a meal and you guys want a pay raise and can't even do your job or show decent customer service. Oh and for the 3rd time, it wasn't a charm leaving the sour cream I asked for off, would have helped with the dry shell."

"Can’t read simple instructions on the mobile ordering. My burrito is always simple and small with 3 ingredients but when the steak was missed and nobody says anything it’s upsetting. I wouldn’t have been upset if someone said something but customer service tonight around 5:30 was miserable!"
"Music was so loud, servers cant hear what u order. The food wasnt very hot. The sauted veggies were not fully cooked and the dish was mostly rice. They charge u extra, for cheese sauce, quacamole, which is told to u up front at least,"
"This place was really good. I was staying nearby in a hotel so I walked over (~9pm, so I'm very glad they were open until 10pm!). Since it was so late, they were out of a few items, but had exactly what I wanted, steak /rice burrito bowl. They suggested a great sauce to put on top (they make most of them in-store!). The bowl tasted great and both people working were friendly. If I'm every back in town I'll be back!"
