"I ordered online. The sandwiches were sloppily put together, literally falling apart when I picked it up. The sauce was coated on everything too. There was something off about the bread too. It was a very light, sandy brown color, which is different from the typical darker brown. Is any of this due to Subway adding a “Tip” button on my order? Why am I being asked to tip before my food is even made? Actually, why am I being asked to tip at all? This setup makes it seem more like I need to bribe the person into making me a good sub, rather than tip them on performance. Raise your standards and pay your employees fairly in order to meet those standards."
