"Stopped here for dinner and dessert. You can't beat a place that features hot dogs and both hand dipped and soft serve ice cream. My dog had relish, mustard, and onions. I ordered the short dog, and it was still close to 1/4 lb. Also, I got the tiny size fries. They were great, but the portion size was so large that I could only eat about half as I wanted to have room for ice cream. Thry also provided English malt vinegar for the fries. There were were than a dozen featured dog combos, plus build your own. They were also burgers, sandwiches, and so on included on the menu. My wife had the nut/berry salad with grilled chicken. Ample portions of well prepared food at reasonable prices. I had coconut avalanche ice cream while my wife had triple chocolate. It was premium ice cream."

"The best hot dogs I have had in Ohio. And the portions are amazing. Those aren't even the biggest dogs they serve, and the fries were a junior portion. Good milkshake as well, I had a LA Street Dog and A Chicago Dog, Beck went with the Slaw Dog. Very small place, but they offer outdoor seating. Service was fast and friendly."

"Had to check this out since the reviews were so high. It did not disappoint! All the locals love this place. They need to have the next eating competition here for the fries! I took a picture of a MEDIUM order!!!!!! You need to wait in line to order, but they keep the line moving nicely. I got the chili dog—delicious! Wish I lived closer to try more of the menu!"

"Stopped here on the way to the beach last week. The inside is very small so if you go here when it’s busy you’ll have to eat outside on a picnic table (there are a few with shade and a few without). We had a flame dog and a naked dog. Both were good! My only complaint with the hot dogs was that the buns were stale and hard. If the buns were fresher they would have been perfect! This is why I gave food 4/5 stars. We also ordered a junior size of fries. There are three larger sizes than this and this amount was enough for us two so keep that in mind before you order a small or medium! The fries were GREAT but we added salt to ours because we like salty fries. Next to the drink fountain there are tons of condiments available like salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, and also a large variety of hot sauces. We asked for a cup of cheese with the fries and it was warm and soft! We also ordered the CeeCee burger which was pretty good. Service at old school places like this tends to be hit or miss, but the cashier was very kind and friendly, we didn’t feel rushed at all! Overall, I really liked this place and will be back again. Hopefully my first visit was just an off day and the buns will be more fresh next time! My bill was $33 I believe so maybe a little more on the expensive side but pretty average nowadays."
