"My wife and I have been to this location twice in the past week. We had stopped in after shopping at the local home improvement stores to relax and get a couple of drinks and appetizers. We seated ourselves in the bar area and had to wait a little bit to get service, but it was understandable because it appeared as though the bartender was working the area by herself and had several customers seated at the actual bar as well. Once making contact with us, the bartender was very attentive to our needs and provided us excellent service. This experience was enjoyable and we left satisfied customers. I believe that this was on a Monday afternoon. Less than a week later on Sunday, we had returned to the home improvement store and upon leaving, decided to stop back at BW3s for a quick bite to eat and some drinks. Upon walking into the hostess area, we encountered a family who appeared to be waiting to be seated. They informed us that they were advised by restaurant staff that it would be a 15 - 20 minute wait until they could be seated because it was shift change. Shift change? Really? Looking around the restaurant there was more than plenty of seating available and the number of patrons already seated was not excessive. It is very understandable to have a wait when the restaurant is at capacity for seating or they are extremely busy. Neither of these scenarios appeared to be the case in this instance. Having proper coverage during a changing of the guard is a must when you have paying customers wanting to be seated, as well as customers already seated and expecting to be tended to. Needless to say, we didn’t hang out while shift change was being conducted. Instead we went to the Mexican restaurant directly across the street, which might I add was an excellent experience. We surely had our drinks and a basket of chips and salsa on our table before the family waiting was even seated. This is a management issue that needs to be looked into. B-Dubs has always been a go to spot for us while we are out and about. The silver lining in this review is that we found a hidden gem in the Azteca Mexican restaurant because we opted to not waste our time waiting for the most ridiculous reason ever."

"Food and atmosphere are like a normal sports bar. The service was super fast and the server checked on us regularly. Not a regular place for us but we've been here before and we will be going back."

"Very displeased with this location. I had ate there on the 13th. My waitress decided to charge my card at 642. That approved charged went through. Then again at 6:47( have both receipts). If approved the first time why would you take money again ? 83.02 was the bill. Instead I paid 166.04. I did let the manager know. He was pleasant and offered a refund that should have came in 24 hours. Sadly it didn’t. Out of all my years of going to Buffalo Wild Wings I have never had this happen. Apologies are great but they don’t speed up the refund process. Sad to say I will no longer support this establishment. I just can’t understand why a waitress would do something like this after getting the first transaction APPROVED !!!"

"B-Dubs can be hit and miss sometimes, but this location, in an unassuming strip mall, is spot on! Had the traditional wings twice and both times they were excellent. Perfectly crisp and sauced just right. Nice job!"
