"It has been said that "customer service" is not in the selling of a product that the customer has already decided to purchase, rather it is what happens after something goes wrong. The good folks at this T-Mobile location stepped in to fix a problem that was actually caused by one of T-Mobile's so-called independent "authorized retailers" at 9231 Mentor Ave, Mentor, OH (see separate review for that location, and reason why you should come HERE instead). When the other location very unprofessionally refused to replace a defective router / gateway device, we brought the unit to this store to see if they could help. We had been been very rudely told by the "bad" store that only the original seller could swap equipment, so we really didn't have our hopes set too high. But, much to our surprise, the reps at THIS location told us they could certainly take care of us. We got a replacement gateway and were on our way back home within minutes. And keep in mind that THIS location didn't make a single penny off of us, yet they took care of us as if we were established customers. Now THAT, folks, is how to run a business! So a special shout-out and many thanks to in-store reps Re'Allatee and Markale: Your professionalism and willingness to quickly fix a problem that someone else created is truly appreciated! To the manager of the store at 7617 Mentor Ave ... Give these two a raise! They earned it!"
