I’m done buying at Best Buy, cheap appliances and terrible customer service. You can never call the actually store too, always gets redirected to a call center where they still don’t help."
"Excellent experience buying a cell phone yesterday. Previously, always dealt with cell phone company stores, always hated it. Like buying a used car. Company stores have commissions, but Best Buy sales people are hourly. Makes all the difference, they help instead of pushing stuff you don't want. Prices are the same, but you don't get stuck with unwanted extras. My previous review: Decent people, decent prices. Automatic phone answering system is horrible!!!"
"Horrible customer service staff that work at the Mentor location. They don’t even seem happy to help you, more less irritated they have to actually assist customers. Once they see what you came in for they don’t even bother to come back and check on you to see if you’re ready to purchase. Lazy, rude and impolite customer service staff. Got it. Will just go to Microcenter as planned. They seem to have exceptional customer service staff there that really appreciate their customers!"
