"The lady that waited on me started shaking her head when I walked in like I was interrupting her. She was very hateful and short with me. I used this cleaners a few years ago and she was the same way. I will not giver her the chance any more. I don’t care if I have to travel 100 miles to find a cleaners! She needs to be replaced!! Also, I told her I had been trying to call the number on the website and she said that’s not the right number but never offered to tell me the correct one."

"I went in to pick up my mom’s dry cleaning. I walked in and told the lady that I didn’t have the ticket, my elderly mom had lost it. She immediately rolled her eyes AND SLAMMED THE SCISSORS DOWN SHE HAD IN HER HAND. She then let out this exaggerated sigh and had to actually type my moms name in the computer to find her item. Completely rude and nasty. I’ll wash my clothes in the ditch before I come back here and give them anymore money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!"

"I am new to the area. I took my clothes into be cleaned. The lady was very rude. She said this is a drop off point we send clothes out to be cleaned. We do not clean the clothes here. She told me I can go to Shallotte which was 11 miles away that can clean my clothes there. She was not sunny at all."

"Zero stars. I dropped off 7 pieces last week for dry cleaning. I asked what the cost would be and was quoted $4.95 per piece. Picked up today and was presented a bill for $54.00. I questioned the same lady who accepted my clothes in last week about the difference between quote and price. Her response, "Well, I try to keep up with each price" "You had dresses, pants and blazers. The dresses are $9.00 plus tax." Okay, so first and very last visit to these thieves!"

"Will not patron again. Took 3 pair of pants to be hemmed 3 weeks ago. Today, the staff could not locate the pants. Called the person who hems, the owner and no one could locate them. After 30 minutes of me standing there they are finally located. They did not press the seams, so very bulky hem. Then I go to pay and I am told, for 3 little boy pants it is $35. MORE THAN I PAID FOR THE PANTS. When I brought them in, the young man could not find the charge amount to do the work and I made the comment "surely it won't be over $10 each?" and he said absolutely not. POOR service. Lesson learned."
