CVS Pharmacy,

"After waiting for 10 minutes at the pharmacy desk I asked if anyone was working there today. A very rude employee named Candace began talking down to me in a very disrespectful manner. She went on in saying I was lucky she would even take the time to help me. I was shocked and appalled by her attitude and her level of contempt for me , the customer. Candace went on to say how lucky CVS is to have her working there and she has no concern for me in any way and that she would have me thrown out if she had her way. This was the worst retail experience I have ever had. I'll be 60 years old next month. I have not been very happy with this CVS store for some time and the place seems to be mismanaged but I never expected to have a belligerent,arrogant, disrespectful young lady confront me in the manner in which she did. That will be the last time that I do business with CVS. I have been doing business with CVS my whole life, but no more. Your new employee Candice has cost you a lifetime customer. I will be notifying my medical providers with the info on my new pharmacy on Monday. I will be taking all of my families pharmacy needs to the new pharmacy as well I will be spreading the word of my experience at this CVS store to all the people I talk to. I'm a very unhappy customer, or shall I say ,former customer of CVS"

"As usual prescription was NOT ready. Prescriptions were promised to be ready Wednesday after 5:00. Went there to pick them up Thursday afternoon and they were not ready, so had to make another trip Friday afternoon to get them. This is NOT a one-time occurrence it is every time."

"I was picking up a prescription today. The man hepin me was totally obnoxious and rude. While he was ringing me up I told him I think I have a coupon on my CVS card. He said I didn't I then said I will pay my other items up front. He followed me up front end ranting to the other employees to watch me He was embarrassing and totally unprofessional. The young lady up front was very helpful and professional."

"Went to pharmacy to pick up meds that was sent here nothing bad to speak about the staff was busy n seemed kind and helpful. They directed that 2 meds be taken separate as ordered by dr. So they were knowledgeable and cared about the customer. I was in and out."

"This is for the pharmacy. My 8 yr old had surgery Monday morning. We were home Monday evening. He had a pain medication prescription prescribed for him. I went Tuesday morning at 8 am to pick it up. Since the prescription was called in Monday afternoon I thought it would be ready. NOPE, they said they had to order it. The lady said she HAD ordered it. It might be in that day or maybe Wednesday. I called Thursday because he went back to school, was active and was in some pain. The Tylenol was not doing enough. Guess what… it was NEVER ordered. So the guy said he ordered it. Now I can come get it Friday. I called around 3 pm on Friday. The automated thing said it would be ready at 5:55. I go around 6:30. Spoiler alert… it wasn’t there. They said they would never get it in. Something about the dosage being2.5 milligrams. So if your child has had surgery DO NOT GET THEIR Prescriptions sent there. They will keep telling you it’s coming when it never is."
