"They returned a phone call promptly and set an appt. for a few days later. Showed up right when we had agreed and went to work making what I thought might be a difficult job look routine. Improved the dryer vent connection while it was undone (stacked unit in a closet, hose needed to be cut for more direct and effcient flow). Cleaned up every trace of dust and lint when done.
