"Clean, well organized storage. I like that they keep the temperature very comfortable (not all climate controlled spaces keep the climate this comfortably). I also like the 24 hour access. The staff are exteremely helpful. The restroom is a great advantage (my last unit did not have a generally accessible restroom except in the office which was usually closed). Room for improvement: there is only one cart on site and the entrances don't have a smooth ramp so it's very difficult to get that cart into the building expecially if you have something heavy on it. I bring my own trolly, so this works for me perfectly."
