"I purchased a refurbished cabinet not knowing it had a moldy smell. (I did not put the piece in the back of my truck). When I got home I realized it smelled. So I tried every product could think of to get rid of the smell. Nothing worked. I contacted the owners. Basically she said , sorry to hear this(which she says to every negative review). And she suggested I try baking soda which I probsbly already tired. It was an older piece the owners did. And said it was cleaned. Well that tells me they had to know Also I told that I would have to haul the piece off to the dump. And that I will not be coming back to the shop. At least she was sorry to hear I will not be coming back in. So off to the dump with my 350 cabinet that has to be thrown away."
"Very upsetting experience (twice) with the owner. First time (October 2021) I saw tall bookcase in store priced $800.00 each which I thought was a little pricey but was told they are custom made and can be painted/stained any color. I decided I wanted two but could I get in January because I would be out of state until then. She said yes, just bring in the paint color in January. In January I eagerly went in with the paint and was told the price went up to $1,300.00 each! I realize wood price could have gone up but I was already given price at $800.00 each. I decided I would not pay the extra thousand dollars and left very distressed. Fast forward to 3/29/22. I went to store to look at something else and noticed she had same bookcase with big price tag for $800.00 each! I approached her and said I would now purchase two. She refused to sell them to me!! She said they would cost “a lot more”! I was flabbergasted! Perhaps this is prejudice? This is outrageous. I will never go back and will tell everyone I know to boycott this store. Where have the southern manners gone?"
"Wonderful beautiful place with vendors and shops of art and crafts and furniture"
"Fun store to visit & prices are definitely on target of what you'd expect. Lots to look at with plenty variety of items. Looking forward to going back soon and catching some fun beachy items and craft work"
