"Great place to shop friendly people clean store management doing something right"

"The store is excellent, clean, and has more than most dollar stores around. But my experience here was humiliating. I’m 26 years old and went to buy a bottle of champagne for my family. ID in hand, the clerk didn’t believe it was me. Mind you, I’m 20 lbs heavier and have darker hair, but it’s me. The checkout clerk grabbed my ID and said “I don’t think this is you,” and glared and started checking my items out. Midway through, she decided she’d refuse the sale and stop the entire line and remind me that she didn’t think my Little River driver’s license didn’t belong to me. I showed her my debit card for the name and was prepared to show more. It was so embarrassing that she started checking me out and then held up the entire line midway through this. If it wasn’t enough initially, let me know initially. I don’t want to go back here because I’ve NEVER had my license questioned so hard, not even in college! I’m thankful there’s other dollar stores around because the staff here are just awful. They need to learn how to card customers without embarrassing them— I’m closer to 30 than 20 and have been a bartender. Figure it out please."

"Big sloppy guy that works there does not have any customer service skills and should really not be working with the public. Bad experience and was my last time shopping there!!!!! Would give a zero if I could!"

"One of your employees, heavier gentleman with long hair decided it would be a bright idea to talk about a customer because she didn’t have her ID to purchase wine. That customer happened to be my mother, as I walked in the store to purchase the items I overheard and confronted him about it. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service."

"Bad customer service. The sign says they close at 9:00pm. Came in to get something quick for my child at 8:50, the lady at the front yelled “WERE CLOSED” I said “but the sign says, you close at 9, it’s 8:50” she then continued to yell “we’re closed”....."
