"I have enjoyed being a member of Tidal Wave car wash in Myrtle Beach since they opened. Their equipment works, the vacuums are outstanding and they even have a compressed air hose for bowing debris from between the seats. Today, i had an exceptional experience. This week i traveled to Maryland and the front of my truck grill was evidence of my journey. Ed was in the wash bay and he joked that he charged five cents per bug, but could only count to three. Ed spent five minutes cleaning the front of my truck and windows. Never had that experience at any car wash. Bravo REd and great job to Anthony and team! I am a fan!"

"Best car wash I have ever used. Great system both for the wash and the vacuums. Staff was excellent. Very nice lady meets you at the kiosk, the young man guiding you in the wash facility does a great job as well. He makes sure to wash the front and rear of the car as you go in. In many other wash facilities this is were they start to lack the proper effort to start the wash. Not at this facility. The manager is doing a great job. Keep up the great service!"

"I don’t normally get excited about drive through car wash businesses, but Tidal Wave Auto Spa near Tanger Outlets on the north end offered everything. My car was brushed down by hand 2 times before the car was washed. After the blow dry a shimmy type cloth rolled over the car for a more complete drying. But the vacuum hoses were the crème de la crème of the vacuum world! $12"

"I had a great experience at tidal wave I drive from North Myrtle Beach probably about close to 10 miles to come to this car wash and I pass probably three or four car washes along the way. This is by far the best. I had just been on a road trip and acquired quite a bit of bugs on my windshield, I asked the attendant about it. They sprayed some special solution on it and scrubbed the windshield for me and removed all the bugs. The vacuums work great all the machinery, in the car wash always works. The attendants are very pleasant and courteous and my car comes out clean every time. I highly recommend them."

"Exceptional in every way! A superb clean with friendly employees who pre-clean your car (front, back and side). Numerous bays with two vacuum types: a standard style nozzle with another that is long and thin so you can get between the seats and into other hard to reach areas. There is also a high pressure air spray to clean out your vents or similar spaces. Fresh towels with spray that really gets the job done. I subscribe to their $35/month service — a deal considering the quality of the wash and the numerous other features. I was previously a subscription customer at Zips neat Windy Hill, and was thrilled when Tidal Wave opened. Since Zips took over that location (and numerous others in the area), they’ve demonstrated their complete lack of care for their customers and quality of their service. So far, Tidal Wave has demonstrated it has a 180 degree different approach to business. If they keep operating at the same high level of quality, they will have a lifetime customer!"
