"After our daughter was in an accident in SC, we decided to contact this business to fix her car. Their level of communication on the phone was fine and Donna was quite nice. However, when our daughter went in, she dealt with a nasty and rude woman and there is absolutely NO reason for that. It left us with a bad feeling that this place does NOT know how to treat it's customers and we will be taking our business elsewhere and have cancelled our appointment for next week. After reading some of the other reviews, it seems this place has an issue with being rude, so I think we made a good decision. You're in the south, be kind, our money is good anywhere!"
