"They charged me $400 for a battery that should have been $250. I asked why it cost so much, and they came up with a story about the battery being better that other batteries. They were not telling the truth. I tried to give the the chance to make it right and correct the mistake they made, but they never got back to me. It is a shame because in past 2 years when I was doing business with the owner, he was always fair with me. I hope for them that they will change it and go back to be the honest mechanics they used to be."

"I have been a customer of Autocare Services for 7+ years. We have brought 5 different cars to them over the years. I always felt they were amazing and really looked out for me. My most recent experience was the worst experience that I've ever had at a mechanic. My daughter bought an older car so we took it in for a few specific reasons. I was traveling out of the country so my mother took the car in with my daughter. They found numerous items that needed to be completed and they went ahead and did them for $2,700. Upon pick up, they never mentioned that they didn't solve all the problems. When I got back, I drove her car and still noticed the same noise that she took it in for. We took it back in again for that reason and another Upon pick up, I asked them to waive the labor fee for the noise that wasn't fixed the first time (not parts) and the fact they never informed us. He tried to explain that he thought all the work they had done had fixed it. I asked him if they drove it before giving us back the car. Ryan got angry, raising his voice to me, cutting me off continually, and saying how dare I ask for such a thing. When I mentioned that we've been there for so many years. He said so what, we've had customers for 20 years. I was blown away at the lack of customer service over an item that wasn't fixed the first time. Unfortunately, I will never be back. The service that I'd received when I first started going there has deteriorated tremendously."

After one trip and several phone calls I can say Ryan has been the most stand up honest mechanic I have ever worked with . He gave me great knowledge about what was wrong with my infinity Q50 … It’s hard to find real mechanics nowadays… but they are the real deal … Thank you"
"Ryan and his team of technicians are amazing. Highly skilled guys with positive attitudes all while showing attention to even the slightest detail. With most shops you do not get customer service anymore and let's be honest, I could have purchased the same tires at 26 different shops between where I live and where their shop is at. They are doing what so many either can't do or will not do, taking care of their customer with the best customer service I have ever gotten from ANY shop. These guys take pride in not only their work but with how your experience was with them. Try finding that somewhere else!! I drove over an hour just to get there and as I said above, passed 26 other shops that I could have purchased the same tires from and gotten my 2500 diesel serviced. Why would I do that? For the same reason that I would tell anyone else to, even if it was a couple of hours drive, CUSTOMER SERVICE!!"
