"Plantation Laundry Service is a 10/10 for me. We lost a phone inside a return towel bin at Kingston plantation and after utilizing find my iPhone we discovered the phone to be at the plantation laundry warehouse. Upon arriving I was greeted by manager Michael Ries who could not have been more polite, professional and helpful. After helping look on site at a few of the towel bins it was determined that we would be unable to locate the phone until the totes were prepared for the wash. He took my information and let me know he would call me between 2-4pm when they got through the totes. By 11:45am I received a call from Michael that he located the phone and arranged a pick ups shortly after. Michael went above and beyond and I could not be more grateful for he and his team taking the time to help a person in need. Highly recommend if you are in need of laundry services."
