"Very impressed with the staff. Went over all the factory recommendations with me and took the time to perform the services I requested without an appointment I had my tires rotated and transmission serviced. Very polite and friendly. Best Jiffy lube I’ve been too."

"My husband took my Kia for an oil change and was told by an employee that they didn’t have the filter to fit my vehicle. He proceeded to say that everyone around was out of stock, that there was a shortage on that type of filter, and the only place to have the oil changed was at the dealership, who supposedly was an a 3 month back order for the filter. He told my husband that if my husband had the filter, he would change it for him. Being in a rush to get the vehicle back home to me, my husband decided just to go to a different location. No issue at the next place who assured my husband there wasn’t a shortage. Seems as if the employee at this location just didn’t want to do it."
