"This is honestly 1 of 2 of my favorite locations. They're always very nice, the products are always good, order is always correct. If you hadn't met their manager, he's a very nice gentleman! Definitely worth visiting."

"Haha! This Dunkin isn't like the others, seeing as it's a drive through with no lobby. There's a couple benches outside to enjoy your coffee from. I really enjoyed the hot chocolate, and I appreciate the help from the Halloween night crew!! All the workers are nice and polite!"

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. Unfortunately I frequented one too many times...and I know better. It can be empty and whatever your order is STILL take 10+ mins. The employees are always talking about their own lives, and not paying attention to anything. I've had two employees hand me the same drink because they didn't know the other person had already made it. They will ask me my order, 5 mins after I've already been waiting. Asked us to pull up today and waited from 10:18AM to 10:32AM for Hashbrowns. The young man was polite, but that's the only positive experience thus far since they opened."

"I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes & had to get out as soon as I could. I do have a life & can’t sit there for an hour waiting for coffee. Since the other Duncan is closed I thought this one would be staffed up ! Not the case at all . Hate to say it but switching to Starbucks at least I know I’ll make it to work on time & still have a coffee !!!’"

"Drinks always good at Dunkin’ but man absolutely no customer service at this Dunkin’ especially in the early afternoon. I go here everyday at lunch about 1:30 to get an ice coffee and this new girl working takes my money looks like I’m imposing on her never says a word let alone thanks. I hope something changes at this Dunkin’ because other people have mentioned this to me also not necessarily this employee but other employees. If no changes are made will have to look for a new place to get my iced coffee."
