"Be much aware. Especially if one has done work for him at minimal rates because a "friend". This painter caused damaged an expensive door handle and claims "Madam, that was not me". I was first name basis until I showed him problems. I know my house, I know what I extend money on. He lied. It could have been his helper. OK. Clams he gave us a break since my husband has "changed his water heater" and is experiencing state 4 colon cancer. He says a very, very low cost since a friend. Painter leaves paint on the floor and windows. Leaves certain areas unpainted. Cheap comes out expensive. AVOID. I end up paying a "PROFESSIONAL" and is not professional. We have to buy more paint (he said he left extra. No). Then he disrespects me and "his' friend who has stage 4 cancer. Plus left paint on my garden border."
