"The best experience ever! We went to buy lament flooring for the kitchen, entryway, and carpet for the entire house. Price was reasonable. Our project was due to start end of month, but they had an opening and fit us in for the lament install for our kitchen and entryway. Not only were they on time, they did an excellent job on installing our flooring and when done did an entire cleaning of the flooring. "Needed tile for our new bathroom, Maureen seemed nice at first but when an "easier" sale walked in, we got no further service until we were leaving. She said she would get us pricing etc and call us. She never did- we called her a week later and she told us she couldn't help us and said we should go to HD or Lowe's and that she didnt find anything for us - And that she was really really busy with other orders- we couldn't believe she was sending us to another place! So- because Maureen didn't want to look for a tile for us, she sent us to another store! Is this "Customer Service ?" You bet its not!! And we originally had decided to do business with Floors Galore because a friend used them and liked the tiles - although- now that friend is realizing how bad a job Floors Galore did installing the tiles- there are many places out there if you should need tile or flooring. Dont waste your time with this company."
