"Owner came out next day to provide estimate and discuss our needs. We were impressed by his professionalism. Generator was ordered, delivered and installed in time frame promised. The installation crew was knowledgeable, friendly and quick. Job site was left clean and a full operation explanation was provided. We had another estimate through Costco that was considerably higher even with the member discount. Would highly recommend Stephenson Electric."

"Stephenson electric is top notch. They installed a generac generator for us about 2 weeks ago. I was very happy that one of the installers actually came by to look over the job and explain how they were going to do it unlike the other quotes I got from several of the big name players who send salesmen to look over and quote the job. From the 4 other quotes they all had a different way of installing it. Not only was Stephenson electric the best price they used the least amount of wire and gas line. All that adds to the bill. And the 2 installers were done in 3 hours. I was expecting all day like the other quotes had said. I would definitely recommend them as my neighbor did for me."

"Contacted Will to fix our generator, said he would charge $225 service call, that was no problem. His guys came out, diagnosed the problem, we were told Will will get back to us for the estimate. Will never called, so I called him. Very rude, would not speak with our insurance adjuster and never contacted us with an estimate to fix or replace! We called twice and he never answered or returned our call. I assume he only does service calls and cannot repair generators or doesn't need our business! His loss! He was reported to the Generac Company."

"Reviews are accurate as far as communication. Terrible at answering and returning calls. Had a temp pole installed and had to come out twice to get it right. Overpriced to install at $1900, said deposit of $1000 would be returned then said they didn't say that. When asked about it the owner was very rude and hung up the phone on a customer. Talk about extremely poor customer service; very unprofessional, very rude, and terrible company. They'll probably respond that they don't know me like they did in other review but that's a lie. Terrible company I would give no stars if it was allowed. And if they want to say we contacted them 6 months later this is due to the new construction (which can take up to a year) and have been calling them to ask them to remove the temporary pole which they still have yet to do, because again they never answer or respond!"
