"Just another trailer park. Needs some trees, maybe a splash of paint. Can't complain about the rent thouth, very affordable, and Jeff, the mgr is terrific. But just we werry, the trailers aren't exactly new so there's bound to be some issues. We only rented here for 3mths(no jobs) and had the AC go out twice, one time to 3 days to fix, during summer time, HOT! And the had the freezer freeze up. So just letting the renter know.."
