"My house was built in 1940 and has old cast iron drain pipes leading from the house. We experienced a clog in the main drain line which had every sink and toilet in the house backed up. After spending hours attempting the repair myself using a drain snake with no success, I called Choice 1 Plumbing at 2:30pm. I expected to be given an appointment the next day, but they had a technician at my house within two hours. Donavon Williams was my technician and he was EXCELLENT to work with. He took the time to listen to what I had already done, assessed the type of pipes used and the underground layout beyond the house. Based on his assessment, he recommended running the camera down the pipes to get a visual evaluation. He found the location of the clog and had it cleared very quickly. It was very evident that Donavon is an expert plumber, but he is also very courteous and professional as well.
