"Had a water leak which I thought was in the will next to the water heater on Wed afternoon. Looked up plumbing companies and because of the reviews, chose TN Standard. They showed up the next morning and Jeff was very nice. Introduced himself and and after checking out the situation, found the water heater had burst. He explained in detail my repair options and put them in writing. After I made the decision on which option, he went right to work on replacing the water heater. He explained each step, ( because I was watching over his shoulder) and was did not seem to mind. His work was through and he did the job with a great attitude. This is the only plumbing company I now have in my phone. Would recommend without hesitation."
