At Three60Fit, we believe in the transformative power of faith, family, and fitness. Our founder's journey began at 15 with a simple gift—a gym membership—that sparked a lifelong passion for physical and mental well-being. This passion led to a career in the Air Force, where they excelled as a Physical Training Leader, guiding fellow airmen to achieve their fitness goals. A life-changing injury and a remarkable recovery journey further fueled their dedication to understanding the intricate connection between mind, body, and spirit.
With a B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago and certifications including CrossFit Level I Instructor and the American Sport Education Program's Prevention and Care of Athletic Injuries, our founder has honed a scientifically backed approach to fitness. Their studies in sports psychology, health coaching, and motivational interviewing inform our unique philosophy: true physical well-being is deeply influenced by emotional strength and willpower.

"I had the pleasure of training with Christian from 2017 through 2021 at Three60Fit in Illinois. Christian is not only a terrific trainer, but an excellent life coach. He helped me in ways that no one else had before. He completely turned around my confidence and helped me get into the best shape of my life during a time that was hard for most (the pandemic!). Who else can say they lost weight/toned up during this time?! Christian is one of the best motivators I've ever met, a confidence builder, a friend when you need him to be, a coach to keep pushing you when you didn't think it was possible, all while using the power of God (Bibles & Biceps). I can't say it enough, but I definitely recommend working with Christian to anyone who is looking for a change. Trainers are often not given enough credit, but they are our uncredited warriors, cheerleaders and support system when we need them most and I can honestly say that joining Three60Fit and meeting Christian changed my life! The work we did together built my confidence up for me to meet my now wife! So when the wedding planning started, we thought of no one else but Christian to be our officiant. Without question, Christian accepted and pursued the necessary requirements to be licensed in Illinois. For his first and only wedding, Christian nailed it like a seasoned pro! Not only did he take the time to ensure we were comfortable with the ceremony script but also became our backup coordinator when the venue's went missing at the rehearsal. I would definitely recommend Christian, not only as a personal trainer and life coach, but as a wedding officiant if you need one. Christian is truly the best!!"
