"I've never written a negative review of anyone before, but this was too important. Dan Longo left us high and dry at the end of a bathroom remodel. He missed that our whirpool tub has a heater and didn't wire for it correctly. I didn't realize this until after he was paid, the construction/sheetrock/finishing was done. His solution was to cut into the newly finished wall. When I pushed back and asked if he intended to cover the sheetrock repair, he said he was closing my file and not coming back. I've never had someone just walk off a job like that, knowingly leaving me in a lurch. When the going gets tough, Dan gets going -- in the other direction. Don't hire him."
