"I first went to Stretch Lab Bearden on 3/18/24. I paid $49.00 for that session and $244.50 (1/2 price promotion) for 8 sessions a month for 3 months. They told me that day I could change to 4 sessions if that was too much. I used 8 sessions total. I called to change to 4 sessions per month, but never got a response from the manager (who wasn't there either of the times I tried to talk to her about my account). I talked to the only people who were there at the front desk 2 times about my account: one time to change to 4 sessions per month, & 1 time to cancel my account. Both times they said the manager would call me (she never called). Then on 5/07/24, my husband told me he didn't want me to go anymore because it was aggrevating my arthritis. I called to tell them at Stretch Lab. They said they would have a manager call me. She called right back this time & said I had signed a contract for 3 months for 8 sessions per month & couldn't change it - which contradicted what I was told the day I signed up. She said she would send me an email with the contract I had signed, but she never did. She said she never got the note where I had called to change to 4 times per month, & never got the message that I wanted to cancel (until that day. I had told them over a month before then). She did not send me anything I had signed & said I had to cancel with 31 days notice (which I did), so she would not cancel the rest of the contract. On 5/19/24 she put two charges on my credit card each for $489.00 per month I would not do business with this company. It is very poorly managed and they do not stand behind what they verbally tell you they will do. You can only sign the contract on an I-pad and they will not send you a copy of what you have signed. Both have been wonderful in talking with me about my activities and ailments or concerns; suggesting movements and stretches for when home; and trying different positions or movements to help get the stretch in a good location for me. I really appreciate all the employees helpfulness and interactions."

"Rachel seemed very knowledgeable about the body and stretching exercises. I love that she told me what she was going to do before she did it. She was professional but not stuffy. She has a great personality and good sense of humor. I will be returning. This was my first time going to a stretching facility. I enjoyed it. Shout out to Abby for being so sweet. Also, the facility was very clean and nicely decorated."
