"This morning while calling your facility, a lady named Bridget answered the phone. When answering, the phone was breaking up so I couldn't hear her greeting so I asked her to repeat your companies name. Instead of being polite and kind, Bridget was irritable and hung up on me. To be a company that is supposed to show compassion and love for families loved ones, I did not receive that impression with my first interaction with Bridget. Please coach your staff. It doesn't matter who they come in contact with on the phone or in person, their first job is to be respectful, professional and be a representation of your company. Today she showed a lack of respect, professionalism, compassion, and respect. Do better with choosing who represents your company! Unacceptable behavior from this young lady."
