"Worst experience ever! My regular Dr couldn't see me so I was sent to see her. I have so many medical issues and like many others, I hate going to the Dr. I hate telling them what's wrong and it not being addressed. I got tired of feeling bad all the time, and decided I was going to pay one office visit fee and unload all my questions, see what's related, what we can do to help me feel better because the quality of my life was being dragged down. I'm a very active person, but just didn't want to to ever get out of bed. When she asked what brings me in today, I told her "well, I have a list" .. she snapped and said she didn't have time for a list, that she had other patients so let's just deal with the worst thing today. So I told her my stomach pain with the nausea. I started crying. One of the things I wanted to discuss was my anxiety and depression. I told her that and she said lets just work on your tummy right now. I cried again, and she said "go ahead and cry, i think i might cry too, I've got too many irons in the fire and an old dog out to boot". I was floored! That was extremely unprofessional! She Didn't order bloodwork, didn't order any tests..she ordered nothing! Just made me feel like I was wasting HER time and My money! Needless to say I cried harder. I cry over everything, but the fact that the VERY reason I've held off on going to the Dr, she just confirmed it. She doesn't care, and it's obvious! If a patient is paying for an appt, made the appt in advance, you should at the very least listen to what they came in for. Not just pick and choose. I will say, one thing she did right was she sent me to the surgeon Dr degrood, who was WONDERFUL!! He listened, ordered tests, found out my gallbladder wasn't working, as well as other things that is probably contributors to making me feel so bad all the time. I will not ever go back and pay a visit to basically be told I'm not important enough to listen to whats bothering me. I'm currently wanting to change office all together."
