Reviews
"This is the slowest doctor's office in Dillon. What a waste of time."
"Doctors are never here when they start accepting patients and you sit in the room for hours waiting to be seen like 2 hours if you get here at 8:30AM. RIDICULOUS AND very UNCOMMITTED TO DISREGARD SICK CHILDREN and prolonging being seen"
"Disrespects your time. Puts you in a room then comes in 1 hour and 39 minutes later and stays for 5 minutes"
"I only gave it a 3 because I do like Dr. Wangeh and the staff are always pleasant when we are there. However, their wait time is HORRIBLE. I have worked in doctor's offices and I have experienced the same thing with a doctor who would schedule patients on top of patients and never even be in the office at the time of appointments. You want the patient to be on time but because they are the doctor's it's ok for them to come in and see you when its convenient for them. Coming from another state, there really isn't another place that I would feel comfortable taking my kids because I have taken mine here for years, but I think having to wait an hour, two hours, almost three hours to not even spend five minutes with my child is ridiculous. I'm pretty sure they all have or have had small children and know that after awhile keeping them quite and confined to a small room for a long period of time gets very aggravating to say the least."
"The worst experience I have ever had at the doctors office. My appointment was at 415. I got there at 345. At 545 I was seen by a NP who left her manners and skillset at home I guess. Didnt listen and interrupted/talked over me. Then sent me to the xray department that closed at 5p. We didnt even leave the office u til 615p. This NP was very rude and unprofessional. So here I am with no xray and wondering why McLeod hired this FNP. Terrible. Plus the sick kids are not separated from the well kids. There was NO compassion at all. The NP walks in and says I'm Angela excuse me and plops her clipboard down and has the wrong patient name! Then the following day I had to come back. I called to make sure I could bring my sons physical form bc thwy didnt have one. When I get there the receptionist tells me nobody can complete it bc the FNP left already. The receptionists did not bother to tell me that on the phone. I tell her that I am very disappointed and how bad of an experience this has been. All she says is oh well. Xray department has been super nice. 3 and half days later I finally get a call back from them about my childs xray! The doc says he is calling about my son. My daughter is who had the xray. This place is dangerous Here it is, I am requesting this office to have my sons physical signed and they loose the paper!"
