"Easy to work with and a place where a trucking with new authority can get a trailer. And can get a good deal at the right time when the lot is full lol. Only downside you have to pay for any issues with the trailer. I suggest get a newer trailer. The first one was a 2006 and I spent more in repairs than I would’ve paid to buy a trailer in the first 2 years. The next trailer was 2 years old. Zero expenses for repairs in a year. Should have been made that move. Sometimes they also will sell you a trailer. Call and ask them where they want you to park if your bringing in a trailer to be sure. But I always pull in to the left of the building and they have me drop in in front of the trailers or park it in an open space. I returned a trailer for my buddy and had dropped it already he bring me back a receipt outside. Only thing I had to do was leave. However, he made sure to offer me use of the rest room and water inside before leaving. That’s caring about the customer. Or likely in their case just plain good old southern hospitality. They were the same way when I went through picking up my trailer a year ago. Closer to the end of the year might be when you get the best rates."
