"Please look at my other reviews. I hate having to leave negative reviews and this is only the second time in my life that I have been forced by circumstance to do so. I don't owe anything to anyone. I have NEVER ignored a bill or missed a payment to any entity in my life and my 800+ credit score reflects that. These people have been harassing me for over 6 years due to a supposed unpaid bill to a defunct trash company that got bought out by a larger corporation. I NEVER received any notice of this supposed bill until their phone calls began nearly a year after my final (paid in full) bill from said trash company. I have records to reflect this, but it doesn't matter because they are not interested in seeing them. They are simply scraping the bottom of the barrel and trying to find suckers who will believe their lies so that they can scam them and make a few bucks. To "FAST": Leave me alone. I am a standup individual who is focused on my providing for my family and beating my Leukemia diagnosis. Your lies have consequences for real people, even if those consequences are just inconveniencing them / adding stress to their lives. Find a real career that allows you to respect yourself enough to look in the mirror."

"I received a collection letter for a debt that was not mine. The rep was extremely unprofessional and actually laughed at me on the phone when I tried talking to him. Really horrible treatment."

"Acted like I was crazy because I wouldn’t pay over the phone and wanted to verify it wasn’t a scam when I’m being contacted about something from years ago I didn’t even know I had. I paid the original debtor then called back to tell them. They refused to take my confirmation number and said it wouldn’t show paid in time and they were going to hit my credit report with it. I’ll just dispute it since I can show it was paid off prior to the report if they do so. Shady and rude they want to scare and bully you into paying ambit hand up if you curse after they act like you’re paranoid and crazy for making sure it’s not a scam. Trash services."

"The guy named Vernon called my wife a few bad names and threatened us i couldn't tell how many times. We understand we owed money but that's definitely not a professional way to handle it. We ended up working it out with someone that was respectful. Pretty bad when the whole company can't stand the guy either!"

"Let me just say Tyler and another lady have been great..very helpful and courteous...I have a bill with this company and Vernon called me..first thing he started threatening to garnish me if I didn't pay the whole bill that day..and refused my offer to set up a payment plan.. He was very rude and hostile so I started recording him too. He got so bad threatening me..and over talking me.. that I hung up on him and called back and got someone else. She was professional and took my payment no issues. Called back today to resolve it after I missed my Feb payment due to a Mix up..Jessica answered and transferred me to Vernon. I didn't want to talk to him because of how awful he was but I let him take my payment anyways. Calmed down changed my defensive tone and Gave him my card info.. he said I'm going to come back with your confirmation number and he said to me "I got something else for ya too." antagonizing me.. Put me on hold came back and started threatening me again..AFTER I tried making a payment.. He took my card info and said he ran my payment but he didn't so idk what his aim is. That is sus..so I called to speak to higher ups but spoke with Tyler instead..he was great and helpful although he said he couldn't take me off Vernon's case load and give me to someone else which doesn't sound right to me..Tyler said as long as you make your payments he won't call you..I guess they use him as some kind of threat. I purchased extra alerts on my credit and finacial info and put notice on all my institutions because I don't trust him after what he did today.. I understand he has a job to do and has to pay the bills..great.. but someone who acts like him shouldn't be trusted with other's personal information. Im mostly writing this review for a paper trail and bookmark in case some nonsense happens. I spoke with legal about the threats and demeanor and they briefed me on what he could and could not do. He uses intimidation when there is no justifiable cause. I hope whatever has ahold of this person that makes him so hateful gets washed away and he finds some peace. Yea we need to pay our bills sure enough but this kind of behavior is unnecessary and unacceptable."
