"This was a decent experience except when we landed at EWR the flight attendant said “When you’re finished staring at the tarmac please close the window all the way.” A rather unprofessional way to ask guests to do your job, but otherwise it was a decent experience."

"If I could give them negative stars I would. I will never recommend nor fly Allegiant again. I came to the airport after receiving my luggage damaged from our arrival airport and was given the worst customer service. Cheyenne (TYS)told me there was nothing she could do for us and when we refused to sign the damage ticket since the damage was not done by us she told us we had no choice or our bag would not fly. We proceeded to sign and write that it was damaged by the airline and she told us we couldn’t do that. We resigned the paper and she had the nerve to look at the customers behind us in line and fellow workers and say did anyone just witness that and held up the paper we had wrote as we walked away.This is the most unprofessional and disrespectful customer service I have ever witnessed. She explained to us that we should have waited at the airport on Friday for an hour and 15 minutes because no one was at the counter because they all take breaks at the same time because they work “long hours”. We trust these airlines to make our family vacations/work trips go smooth and this was the worse experience I have ever had with an airline."

"Flight delayed for 4 hours sat on runway for 2 hours. Airport closed due to weather so we had to get off plane and Allegiant abandoned us at the airport with no food. No transportation due to weather and no hotels because they are all booked due to flight cancellations. What a trash company."

"I thought the plane was very accommodating in the two or three airline stewardesses were genuinely friendly and helpful. The flight was comfortable the seats were comfortable and my carry-on fit under the seat in front of me. It was a really good price for the ticket as well. Overall a good experience"
