I love my vehicle it is absolutely perfect I haven’t had an issues just had to do regular maintenance The only thing that happened was there was an issue with the title for me to get my title but they got it for me pretty quick after it wasn’t there fault though wherever they got the vehicle from had made an error on the paperwork but they got it all fixed before I received the title They are were very flexible when negotiating the price Really kind people I had my son with me and they offered there snacks to him"

"I messaged with the seller ahead of time and arranged an appointment to view the vehicle that I was interested in. It was a 2 hour drive from where we live. I expressed to her that we had previously driven 2 hours, to view another vehicle, and we were terribly disappointed. On the way there, I was told that a guy named Jesse would be there and would be able to take care of me. When we arrived, he was initially polite. We took a look around a Volvo V70 wagon and liked what we saw. It was advertised at a reasonable price for the condition. Fair. Upon starting the vehicle, I noticed there was very little fuel in the tank. After it ran for, maybe 2 minutes, it spluttered and stopped running. The "salesman" came out and rolled it onto the flat to try to get it to pick up whatever gas was left in the tank. His attitude changed. He got rude, short, and snippy. He told us that "y'all just need to deal with this on Monday" as it was a Sunday afternoon. We informed him that we had just driven 2 hours to see this car, and his reply was, "There's nothing I can do! I've got other clients and need to be somewhere!" I have no idea why you would send somebody to help with purchasing a vehicle when they are on a time crunch. After he said that, he stormed back into the office without saying another word. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.. not only that, just plain rude. Gobsmacked, we got back into our vehicle and left. Please trust these Google reviews when you read them. I could've saved us the time, money, and inconvenience. Pass on them and try somewhere else. I will say that the seller did try to offer to pay for my gas for the wasted trip, but that's not what my main issue was. I set this up, well ahead of time, to ensure it would be okay. Incompetence? Maybe. Just flat out disappointing."

"They are incredibly kind people but you get what you pay for. I purchased a car under $3000 at Lucas Auto Sales and it crapped out less than a year later due to multiple issues that were considered lazy, “temporary fixes” according to my reputable Car Repairmen that checked evaluated the vehicle for me, ultimately declaring it totaled. Again, kind people but this is not the most ethical place to purchase a vehicle."
