"Winter today for the first time and there was A. Skinny guy working in the cash. Register, he has no personality. No customer server skills nothing at all. Almost to the point of being rude. Nice selection of merchandise and the other guy working was nice. But the guy at the main register at the front door absolutely no personal."

"It is quite a good store for holsters, holster parts, knives, and other specific equipment at a really good price. The employees are all right and do give some good insight on items but are a little rude at times . I do wish they had more on the military surplus side of equipment, and there is a little to be desired, but all in all, it's a good store."

"Only place in town that had the "Rocky" Brand boots in stock. I looked at two Boot Barn's, Two Elliot's a Cavender's and Cherokee Military Surplus. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I am quite picky when it comes to fit and comfort, while having a high expectation of durability. This cause the young man behind the counter to make several trips to the back to find different sizes and styles. He never once complained or lost his helpful demeanor. I don't do reviews often, but I feel this place exceeded my expectations and is deserving of a good review."

"Unfortunately, the employees at this location show racial discrimination. It’s very sad to still see this behavior in 2023 especially in grown adults. We went in to look at some belts. They were very unhelpful and hardly said two words to us. Not to mention, as we were walking around and viewing their products they were following us around the store. We tried on one belt but it was too small. We asked for another size belt and instead of bringing it to us towards the back of the store where we had been waiting to try it on, they took it up to the front and just looked at us. At this point, we were fed up and just walked out. Another gentleman was walking into the store to make a delivery and we gave him a heads up that they were displaying racial discrimination. Sadly, he replied saying he was aware of their behavior as he has had to deal with it for at least four years. This is very poor business practice and I highly suggest the owner or manager correct this behavior as it is pathetic."
