"I had forgotten my walker and couldn't shop without a cart while was unavailable when I entered. One of the sweet ladies that worked there offered to pick up a couple of items for me. While she was picking them up a cart became available and I finished my shopping. They were so sweet to me. I have just moved to knoxville and had never shopped their store before. I was very impressed. Thank you for your kindness FOOD CITY"

"Do not go to this place if you have a gambling problem for there is a quarter machine that you inject quarters into the slot in hopes of it landing flat on a surface to push the thousands of other quarters that are already in there, in hopes of pushing out dollar bills, hundred dollar bills, or just a few more quarters out to play with. Fun but addictive!"

"This gas station is very convenient on your way to Broadway. I stopped in as I was running very low on fuel. Good customer service. The gas prices were a little higher than others but convenience played a big part."

"I have visited this gas station twice and paid for gas that I didn’t receive. Both times were very early in the morning so there wasn’t anyone inside the store that I could talk to about it. If you can’t hear the gas pumping and the numbers are going up very slowly, you’re getting charged for gas that you’re not getting. Both times thankfully I was just putting a few dollars in but beware! I’d hate to have this happen with a full tank."
