Enterprise Rent-A-Car 530 Summer Place, Knoxville, TN 37902

"I made a reservation over the phone said I needed the car for 15 days but the female employee booked my rental car for 1 day. The car that was given to me keep getting a low tire pressure warning pop up on the car because the tire was patched (meaning it had a hole in it and someone did not do a good job of covering up the hole). I explained to an male employee over the phone I needed to rent another car, the employee said he would have one ready for me. I told him I wanted to rent another car not a van,suv, or truck. I arrived 25 minutes after we talked on the phone and the same employee told me he only had a suv ready which I said I did not want over the phone. He told me no car was ready and if I wanted to rent a car they had that was not ready I would have to clean it. Then the male employee told me I could drive the car with low tire pressure to another location. I don't know why the employee lied and told me he would have a car ready for me when he did not. I just rented the suv even though I did not want it. The suv had a stain on one of the passenger's seat, crumbs and a cigarette inside the vehicle. The vehicle was not cleaned. After 15 days I needed the suv longer so I called on Tuesday to extended the rental time. I gave permission over the phone to charge my debit card they had on file and told the male employee twice to email me a receipt. They charged my debit card and did not email me a receipt like I asked. I called them wednesday morning at 7:30am when they opened and asked them to email me a receipt, I was told a manager would email me a receipt that day. No one emailed me a receipt on Wednesday like they told me they would. The employees do not listen to the customers. Customers are not a priority for Enterprise. They only care about getting your money. I would not recommend Enterprise to anyone especially not the Enterprise located at 530 Summer Pl, Knoxville, TN 37902."

"Horrible customer service. Completely clueless staff. Reserved for 7:30 AM. Arrived at 7:25, finally got my car at 8:00. Returned it Friday morning and Saturday noon still waiting to get my emailed receipt. Called twice but the don’t answer the phone. I’m over it."

"Had a great experience at this location, the guys here are very nice and welcoming. We experienced a death in our family and my mom needed to get back to North Carolina asap, there was a very short wait to receive the rental after all the paperwork was sorted out. Highly recommend this location. Keep up the great work guys"
