"This trailer park is absolute garbage. My mom lived here for the last two years. She came home on hospice last week and passed away Sunday night. Management was aware of her condition but still had her hospice nurses vehicle towed because there is practically no decent parking and the vehicle was half in the driveway half in the road not blocking traffic and infront of my moms trailer. Then last night they came back and towed my dead mom’s vehicle out of her own lot. If that doesn’t tell you what kind of people manage the place I don’t know what will. Judy was made aware of the situation throughout the process. She was nice enough to waive my moms final month of lot rent, but after two vehicles being towed the money it takes to get those out plus the time energy and emotional distress it’s caused we would have just preferred to pay that lot rent this month instead of having vehicles stolen and held hostage. Also, the tow company they use will absolutely tell you the car is illegally parked but the loop through the park is not public road it is private and it is up to the owner’s discretion who is towed so management absolutely could have prevented the situation. That was told to us directly from the Knox county sheriffs department."
