"Not great because of high prices, too spread out, not enough bathrooms or access to water, parking, not great food, and lack of variety. Still fun, kids loved all the rides and animals. I think it's a one and done for us"
"First time going to the fair in several years, and I’m highly disappointed with the steep price increases. $12 a ticket and $15 parking—for a date to the fair, entry was $39 total. That’s without any rides! No public water available for guests, and a strawberry lemonade was $15; absolute robbery. Most egregious, however, was the lack of communication regarding the cancelation of events. We went to the fair specifically for the Thank-a-Farmer event, which was advertised in the fair pamphlet. Went to the listed location, and there was no indication of the event. Asked a staffed information booth, and they didn’t know what I was talking about. I saw a large map nearby, and the event was listed there but under a different location. We went to the secondary location, which was empty. Found another information booth, and was told essentially sometimes things are cancelled without notice. I am very disappointed in the management of this fair, as well as the obvious issues with pricing. This isn’t a family friendly event if families can barely afford entry let alone participation."
"Took advantage of free admission for the first hour of the first day. Parking is $15, you may find free street parking nearby. Food and drink is overpriced. Kids had a good time at circus and petting zoo. I loved visiting exhibits and art shows. Saw much more police presence this year. One more thing why there is no free fountain water available to the public. It Is an outcry."
