"I’m a project manager for a lighting company, which is owned by a general contracting company for construction. Andrei and his crew can build a house and install the lights. They are skilled in every aspect of construction and their work looks like they specialize in whatever they do. I’ve had the pleasure of working together with Experience Construction, owned and lead by Andrei. They have installed high bay lights in warehouses, production factories, churches, offices, schools, and banks. That’s a wide variety and they’ve retrofitted and newly installed these lights for millions of square feet. They are early to work and stay late. I’ve witnessed them do a 5-day job in 3 days. The work was correct, clean, and all high bays are properly aligned and symmetrical. Communication is key and they always communicate well to ensure the details of the jobs’ expectations are met. I worked with them on one large (500,000+ sq ft) where our point of contact was the head maintenance personnel and had decades of experience in coordinating large projects. We converted all high bays and offices in this factory. The head maintenance person wrote me an email after the job stating, “I have coordinated crews and jobs like this many times through the years, but this crew was exceptional! There were hard nights and he had his crew jumping from one area to the next on some nights due to this facilities workload, but never once did Andrei and his crew hesitate to perform and get it done!” He said they knew exactly what to do. He remembered I told him on day 1 that this crew was hungry and just wanted to work, and he said I was right. He’s never seen a crew work this hard. He’s amazed that so few of guys did so much in only 16 working days. The head maintenance coordinator for this national company also stated that on the last day there was a 2 hour delay because it was Monday and Mondays are the busy days for them, but “this crew” (Experience Construction) never stopped moving and just cleaned and did the housekeeping because he knew they could finish that night.
