"Do not use this location! I had booked a ford transit because that's what I needed not the Chevrolet! They had one there but instead of giving me it as I pointed I was supposed to have the ford . They walked me outside to show my the Chevrolet with bench seats that my elderly can't sit in long without headrest!!!!' But while outside gave the Ford Transit to lady behind me who seemed to be a local customer!!!!!! Said I could switch out at any Avis which is a lie!!! If they booked out they won't switch it out!!!! I'm going to make this very public!! Oh and said it's safe giving a van with broken buckle system in back!oh and I booked through Avis not budget which is more btw and cup holders and stuff we're dirty and step to get into van was wrecked in which makes it awkward to get into van!!! I want y'all to know you ruined my vacation to the point l'm not even going now!!!! Some reason my other post isn’t showing up as public???"
